Crisis Counselling for Frontline Staff and Family
In this time of collective anxiety, frontline workers and their families are under intense and increasing pressure. We recognise you’re carrying the weight of everybody’s fears and expectations. Your wellbeing is important to us today, next week and beyond, and that’s why we’ve launched a confidential support service that fits into your hectic schedule. As a frontline worker or close family member, you request a call-back for whenever is convenient and you’ll have a 30-minute session with a trained therapist. You can book a session as many times as you need throughout this crisis or you can arrange six 50-minute sessions instead - just ask your therapist when they call you back. It's all about what works best for you. It’s a chance to be heard, validated and supported, and you'll have access to resources for children and the rest of your family too.
(Please rest assured that this service is TOTALLY FREE.)
